Every time I’m in LA, I have to make a stop at California Donuts! Their donuts are always fresh, soft, and so delicious. I remember when they first blew up on social media, and after all this time, I still think they’re worth the hype. Definitely a must-visit if you’re craving a great donut!

Stopped by before our drive home. Picked up a 12 pack of donuts to try a bunch of flavors. They all look so delicious and they were! It's a outdoor walk up window, we had no problem finding parking, just walked up and ordered. Coffee was also strong for a donut shop!

My husband and I were driving by around 8pm when we noticed a line outside this donut shop and decided to stop in since we love trying new places. Even with a few people ahead of us, the wait was only a couple of minutes. It's a walk up window setup where they take your order through a speaker and the donuts on display looked amazing. We ordered a half dozen including the glazed, Boston cream, chocolate twist, Reese's, and Girl Scout Samoa. Honestly, for the time of night, the donuts tasted as if they had just been made. They were incredibly light, fluffy and fresh not dense and cakey like a lot of other donut shops. The only one that didn't hit was the Girl Scout Samoa flavor. It didn't really taste like what we expected, but the donut itself was still delicious. Everything else was fantastic. Our go to donut spot has always been DK's, but I think we may have found our new favorite sweet treat stop. I also love that they're open 24 hours, accept Apple Pay and cards and offer discounts too, $2 off a half dozen and $5 off a full dozen. Definitely recommend checking them out, no matter what time of day it is!

If you are visiting, this is must. Walk up window with a cool vibe, great donut options (always new, creative flavors). The best classics are reeses, Oreo, any of the filled donuts. The boba here is insanely good. My order is Thai tea, with almond milk, half sweetness + boba. I probably gained 10 lbs here. Sketchy location, go during the day. Night time is okay but don’t go alone.
